INTO in collaboration with the Newcastle University commence the Foundation Scholarships for high achieving international students to study for pre-tertiary education which will lead to admission into undergraduate degrees at the University.

We are delighted to announce a number of scholarships for a variety of International Foundation programs, created to help international fee-paying students who need to complete a foundation program before enrolling in the Newcastle University undergraduate degree.
There are ten 100% International Foundation scholarships available for gifted students starting in September 2016 and January 2017. Scholarship applicants must already have been offered to study at INTO Newcastle University.
Newcastle University also rewards the high academic performance of the INTO Foundation students with £1,500 scholarships for the freshman year. There is an unlimited number available, and in 2014 and 2015 we made 124 and 132 awards respectively.
All international fee-paying students.
Students who have completed 12 years of schooling or have the local equivalent meeting the same standard with good grades.
Applicants must have a minimum English language proficiency equivalent to IELTS 5.5 for specified degree programmes.
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
Value of Scholarship:
100% tuition fee where 50% of this amount will be deducted from the International Foundation tuition fee and 50% will also be deducted from the first year of tuition fees at Newcastle University upon admission.

All applications will be reviewed by the scholarship panel and successful applicants will be notified through the email address provided on the scholarship application.
Note: Scholarships, bursaries, and discounts awarded by INTO can’t usually be combined. Students will be awarded the reduction that is considered most beneficial to them.
